I graduated from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles with a BA in Humanities/Spanish. I immigrated to Canada and settled in the Eastern Townships in 1969. We built our house near Stanstead.

For 8 years I was a studio potter and participated in the Salon de Métiers d'Art in Montreal and showed at the University of Sherbrooke.

I started making stained glass when I realized that I preferred a two dimensional format that allowed me to express my design ideas. Colour was also a factor.

In stained glass one of the highlights of my career was being chosen in 1991 to construct 2 panels for the Fire Station in Sherbrooke under the auspices of Intégration de l'art dans la Architecture.

For the last three years I divide my time between stained glass & printmaking, working in two mediums further extended my artistic horizon.

Aside from the occasional class in life drawing, painting, stained glass I am mostly self taught.
