Commitment and responsability of the Circuit des Arts

Commitment

• The “Circuit des Arts” promises to promote, organize and guarantee the unfolding of the event.
  


• The “Circuit des Arts” will produce a leaflet on which the name of each artist, address, phone number, exposition site and speciality will be identified and will ensure that they will be distributed in various areas readily accessible to the general public.
  


• The “Circuit des Arts” will reassess the files of all artists every three (3) years.
  

Responsability

In no circumstances of any kind, the “Circuit des Arts” will be responsible for breaking, damages, accidents or thefts. Furthermore, the “Circuit des Arts” disclaims any responsibility occurring from the cancellation of the event. As well, no reimbursement will take place. The artist releases members of the administrative committee, the employees and the volunteer workers of the “Circuit des Arts” of any responsibility or complaint related to the event.
